Before the requisition is sent for approval, you can edit the fields in any part of the header record, the commodity items, and the accounting information.
To open a requisition:
Do one of the following:
On the Requisitions menu, click Open | Standard, and then select the requisition number.
On the Web Requisitioning Home Page, click the Quick Launch tab, expand a section, then click the requisition number.

To edit the header record:
Make your changes in the text boxes, lists, or search box (you cannot change the Originator).
Click Save Requisition.

To edit commodity items:
Click edit to open a commodity line.
Make your changes.

Click one of the following:
Save.
Save and add a new line.
Save and edit the next line.

To edit accounting information:
Click the green Amount (not applicable to document level accounting). The accounting line for the commodity item opens.
Click to open the accounting line.
Make your changes.
Click one of the following:
Save.
Save and add a new line.
Save and edit the next line.

Creating or editing requisition specific notes:
You can only create and edit notes if the edit icon is in the dialog box.
Below the accounting section, click Add/Edit Requisition Notes.
Click edit .
Type new notes or edit existing notes; you can apply formatting to the text.
Click save .
